Document Description
The Project is comprised of the construction of a legal cannabis cultivation on an approximately 3.79-acre undeveloped property. The Project would include grading, trenching, road construction, and the construction of 5 buildings totaling approximately 131,680 square feet and 66,491 square feet of impervious paved surfaces. The Project will result in incidental take of 51 western Joshua trees (Yucca brevifolia), (21 live and 30 dead), a species which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
