The Project consists of a Minor Design Review for façade improvements to an existing Taco Bell Restaurant located at 8170 Sheldon Road. The façade improvements include new paint treatment to the building exterior elevations, accent walls and bands, tower and cornices, and canopies. No change in materials on the exterior are proposed. There are no changes proposed to the existing drive-through configuration nor any significant changes to the existing landscaping. The existing parking lot will be slurry sealed and restriped.
