Document Description
A Site Development Permit (SDP) to allow for temporary construction staging in the parking lot in front of an existing retail store (Target) located within an existing developed shopping center (Santa Margarita Town Center). The construction staging area will be used for the temporary storage of materials and equipment related to the store’s interior tenant improvements, which are anticipated to be completed by November 2022. Upon completion of the remodel project, the temporary construction staging area will be removed and the site will be restored to pre-project conditions.

The minor temporary uses and structures would have negligible or no permanent effects on the environment since the proposed project does not involve the use of significant amounts of hazardous substances, is temporary in nature, and would not result in significant adverse effects relating to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality.
