Pipe previously authorized under Permit No. 9460 Automatic Board Order (ABO) and noted in USACE Operations and Maintenance Manual Unit 137 Page 5 (station 754+20) and USACE As-Builts Dwg No. 50-04-2167 Sheet No. 3.
