The Glenroy Court Intertie will be connected within the Glenroy Court cul-desac, an easement to be obtained by JCSD, and along the south side of Bellegrave Avenue and east of Northcroft Road.

The project consists of a minor alteration of an already existing pipeline system. An intertie will be created between two already existing waterlines to promote water quality circulation, improved fire flow capacity, and provide additional connection points. The intertie will not result in the expansion of JCSD’s existing water system or any expansion to its services.

The proposed project is creating an intertie between two existing waterlines. The Intertie Project will install approximately 43-linear feet of 8-inch diameter water pipeline that connect an 8-inch diameter water pipeline to an existing 12-inch diameter water pipeline within JCSD’s 870 foot pressure zone. As such, the project is considered a small structure.
