Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will repair failing drainage systems by replacing and extending 26 deteriorated culverts at 22 locations along State Route 166 in Kern County. Erosion at existing slopes and swales will also be repaired, followed by preserving and resurfacing State Route 166. The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a Clean Water Act 401 Water Quality Certification for project impacts to waters of the state.
