Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. SJN-27082-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the University of California, Santa Cruz/ NOAA Southwest Fisheries Science Center, as represented by Steve Lindley. The project is limited to removal of approximately 2,000 yd3 of invasive species of submerged aquatic vegetation from the southeastern shoreline of Bacon Island, within a plot 1,000 feet long and 25 feet wide that has been divided into transects for designation of control and treatment areas as part of a study on the effects of submerged aquatic vegetation on juvenile salmonid predation rates.
