The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SCR-22858-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Richard Vantrood. The project involves the installation of a 36-inch diameter by 30-foot long, high density polyethylene (HDPE) culvert underneath an access road on the property. The project will require the excavation of 10 cubic yards of native material and non-native material including concrete pieces, brick, and other materials from the stream channel. Equipment to be used for the project includes a backhoe and small compactor.
