Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SCL-19446-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, San Jose Water Company, as represented by Brandon Stieber. The Project includes creek bank repair through installation of an approximately 200 feet long sheet pile soil retaining wall along the west bank of Coyote Creek. Approximately 50 cubic yards of imported backfill will be placed behind the sheet piles. The Project also includes cutting exposed portions of 5 pipe outfalls and capping them with steel caps. For two outfall pipes, new replacement pipe will be installed through the sheet pile retaining and will continue to outfall to Coyote Creek.
