Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration
Agreement EPIMS Notification No. CCA-20299-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the City of Orinda as represented by Scott Christie.
The project is limited to the excavation, regrading, and stabilization of the left creek bank using soil capped rock slope protection. The regraded bank will have a new PVC subdrain buried at its toe. An existing concrete steel pipe will be preserved in place. Both storm drain features will outfall into the creek. All areas of disturbed soil will be stabilized with biodegradable erosion control features and native vegetation.
