Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. CCA-20609-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Chevron U.S.A. as represented by Michael N. Oliphant Sr. The project is limited to dewatering and excavation in Refugio Creek for the removal of an asbestos wrapped pipeline. The project also includes minor riparian vegetation modification and removal, and the regrading and remediation of the project site. All areas of disturbed soil will be stabilized with biodegradable erosion control features and native vegetation.
