Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number CCA-19016-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to USS UPI, LLC. The project is limited to the removal and replacement of an existing fish screen with a new fish screen. Additionally, two pre-cast concrete anchored chained buoys will be placed to serve as submerged hazard warning markers.
