Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. CCA-18529-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Orinda Country Club as represented by Mary Clancy. The project is limited to the removal of a concrete weir and the excavation of accumulated sediments between this weir and an adjacent concrete box culvert underlying Miner Road. Vegetation modification and removal will occur from the concrete weir up to the Miner Road culvert. Areas disturbed will be revegetated with riparian native plants. In-channel placement of large rocks and boulders will be done to form pooling habitat that will be ultimately shaded by the revegetation efforts upon establishment.
