Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration
Agreement EPIMS Notification No. CCA-16913-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project property owners Charles and Lorraine Farr.
The project is limited to: the creation of a 20-foot wide by 290-foot long paved road; vegetation removal of nonnative grassland; the regrading of the right bank; the installation of a rock lined ditch; the installation of a subsurface drainage system; the creation of a retention basin with a perforated subdrain and headwall; the installation of a stormwater outfall into Bollinger Canyon Creek; the placement of vegetated rock slope protection; and the application of bio-degradable erosion control measures.
