Document Description
The project would update the County's current Housing Element, including goals, objectives, policies, and implementing programs to further the goal of meeting the existing and projected housing needs of all household income levels of the County. The proposed project provides evidence of the County’s ability to accommodate the RHNA through the year 2031, as established by the Association of Bay Area Governments, and identifies any rezone program needed to reach the required housing capacity.
