Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-34255-R6 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant as represented by Joseph Rivani. The Project description only includes Project activities that will occur within areas subject to Fish and Game Code §1602. The approximately 30-acre Project will construct a residential community consisting of 144 detached single-family dwellings, a park area, a water quality/detention basin, a temporary channel fronting the Project site for offsite flows, and expansion of Highway 74, which would impact approximately 0.44-acres of CDFW 1600 resources through grade and fill, storm drain outlets, and associated headwalls of a roadside stream resource that runs parallel to the Project site and Highway 74.
