Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Section 15303(e) for New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures, and Section 15304(e) Minor Temporary Use of Land having negligible effects on the environment because the only addition to the current flower farm is a temporarily parked truck for flower sales. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
