Document Description
The proposed project has various improvements to be made to the Social Hall (Building 700) on the Riverside Campus of the School for the Deaf. This includes the installation of a new automatic slide opening main door, a new teacher’s lounge area, and a new chair storage room. Existing damaged hardwood floor will be replaced with new porcelain tile, existing aging window walls will be renewed, and the existing exterior concrete will be renewed. A new wheelchair lift for access to the stage area will also be included in the project scope.
