Document Description
The project is limited to the removal and replacement of the existing bridge structure and relocation of the existing utility lines. Construction of the bridge will involve excavation for and
construction of concrete abutments, founded on driven piles. Construction of the roadway approaches will involve the removal of existing pavement and placement of new roadway fill material, aggregate base, hot mix asphalt pavement, and installation of guard rail. Tree removal and removal of other vegetation along the slough will be necessary for the project. Relocation of overhead electrical and communication lines, including four utility poles, along the west side of County Road 96 is anticipated as part of the project.
