The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (Notification No. 1600-2020-0135-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Huttopia Paradise Springs Properties, LLC as represented by Michel Durrieu.
The Project is limited to the renovation of the existing campground to change certain existing camping accommodations to Huttopia Brand glamping accommodations. In addition to renovating the campground, work will be performed to clear vegetation
and debris from various watercourses on site and minor grading will occur.
