Document Description
The project consists of replacing approximately 40 existing cross drainage culverts that primarily convey surface waters and stream flows across or away from the highway right of way and provide protection against flooding that occurs regularly during storm events. Replaced culverts will be replaced in kind with reinforced concrete pipe culverts and sized to meet current hydraulics requirements. When possible, culverts will be replaced and enlarged by at least six inches in diameter.
