WORK INCLUDES REMODELING THE RECEPTION AREA AND ADJOINING CONFERENCE ROOM CONSISTING OF NEW BUILT-IN CABINETRY. RECEPTION DESK, WOOD WALL PANELING, AND ACCOUSTIC WALL PANELING. AS PART OF TH IS PROJECT ADDITIONAL ITEMS ALONG THE ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE AREA OF WORK HAVE BEEN INDENTIFIED AS NON-COMPLIANT WITH THE 2019 CBC OR 2010 ADA STANDARDS AND CORRECTION OF THE ITEMS IS INCLUDED AS PART OF THE PROJECT SCOPE INCLUDING AS FOLLOWS:
1. ACCESSIBLE ROUTE & PARKING SPACES TO THE AREA OF WORK
2. ELEVATOR #1 INCLUDING NEW HALL CALL BUTTONS, EMERGENCY PHONE, AND BRAILLE PLATES
