On June 7, 2022, the City Council adopted O-2022-05 and found that the proposed Ordinance does not have the potential to create a negative impact on the physical environment and it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Section 15061(b)(3). As such, the City Council has found that this project is eligible for a General Rule Exemption pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3).
