Document Description

The proposed use would offer group fitness classes in a 4,840 square foot tenant space. Classes would be offered from 5:30 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, and 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. on Sunday. The proposed layout for the facility would consist of a reception lobby, workout area, two changing rooms, and two restrooms. Other exterior improvements to the building are not proposed.

Furthermore, all necessary public services and facilities are already available to the proposed project site, and approval of the proposed project would not result in significant adverse effects relating to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality.
