Document Description
The Project includes developing a planning study to identify public domestic waterlines throughout the community which have reached the end of their useful life and warrants replacement. This study includes the development and design of a preliminary engineering report, an initial study/checklist pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and contract documents for construction. A biological and cultural survey will also be conducted as part of the initial study to support an exemption.
