Document Description
The Project would install a new 4-inch-diameter pipeline underneath the Sacramento River using horizontal directional drilling (HDD) techniques, tie the new crossing into the existing pipeline network, and then decommission the existing Sacramento River crossing. The Project would be conducted in two distinct but sequential phases: 1) replacement pipeline installation and 2) decommissioning of the existing DFM-0630pipeline crossing.
