Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is financing the Project referred to internally as Source Capacity Development and Associated Infrastructure Improvements. The Project includes feasibility and planning studies for the location of a new storage tank facility and the installation of a pilot test well for drinking water source capacity development. The scope of work will include consolidation investigation, site investigation and test well drilling, plans and specifications, environmental documentation, a preliminary and final engineering report, a Technical, Managerial, and Financial (TMF) Assessment, and completion of a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) application for the selected construction project.
