Type, Section or Code
Section 15301, Class 1 and Section 15311, Class 11
Reasons for Exemption
The project would update the existing pump station and would not substantially increase capacity of the station. It would not require the removal of structures, vegetation, or trees. While some construction of accessory structures would be required, the project would occur in previously disturbed areas and would not impact known or unknown historical resources or biological resources. The project site is not on a list complied pursuant to Section 65962.5 of the Government Code nor is it within the viewshed of a scenic highway.
