Document Description
The City of Benicia Certified an EIR, and adopted the Housing Element on January 24, 2023. The City submitted the Housing Element to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for review. In their review letter HCD requested further refinements to the affirmatively furthering fair housing (AFFH) and housing mobility programs. To satisfy the remaining review comments, the City has made draft revisions to the Housing Element.
