The Project is categorically exempt in accordance with Article 19 of the CEQA Guidelines, Title 14, Class 2, Section 15302, Replacement or Reconstruction (b) replacement of a commercial structure with a new structure of substantially the same size, purpose, and capacity. There is no proposed increase in capacity or substantial expansion of the Marina. Floats, accessways, and piles would be substantially the same size as the existing.
