Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-23964-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Rumen Ivanov. The project is limited to three encroachments. One encroachment is for removal of water diversion infrastructure and associated debris from unnamed tributaries to the Van Duzen River. The two other proposed encroachments are to upgrade existing road/stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation of a channel across the road, installation of water bars, and rock armoring to install armored rocked ford crossings.

The project will improve road/stream crossings with no conveyance infrastructure. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
