Document Description
The Griffin Ranch Addendum proposes to amend the Griffin Ranch MND (EA2006-577) to include TTM 2021-0001 (TTM No. 38083), which allows for the subdivision of 20 existing 1-ac. residential lots into 37 half-ac. lots within 25 ac. of the Griffin Ranch Specific Plan resulting in an additional 17 lots. The 20 lots are graded with previously installed utility and road infrastructure and are centrally located within the Griffin Ranch community; adjacent to the east, west and south boundaries of the Merv Griffin Estate.
