Reasons for Exemption
County Road (CR) 41 serves as an important emergency access route and realignment of the washout will restore the damaged access and prevent further washouts. The realignment project will establish new right-of-way and construct approximately 0.25 mile of new road for a segment along Cache Creek that was washed out during the 2019 storms.
