The site is adequately served by all required utilities and public services.

Reasons for Exemption
The project consists of County acquisition of the property, minor repair work and improvements, and operation of 32 units of low-income senior housing. The anticipate minor repair work to the existing onsite facilities have no potential for a significant environmental effect. Additional work necessary to prepare the units for occupancy is limited to the installation or replacement of sinks, minor interior plumbing work, replacement of flooring, and installation of kitchen appliances. Occupancy and ongoing use of the units will be similar in all respects to their prior use.
