The purpose of this project is to restore multi-purpose trails in the Fort Ord National Monument impacted by illegal trails and trail proliferation. Project activities include refurbishing and/or rebuilding switchbacks and resurfacing tread, fence installation to eliminate illegal trails, and restoration of old trails with native planting.
