Document Description
A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP)to amend CUP No. 2063998 for a 1,920-square-foot expansion to the existing 3,500-square-foot Marijuana Production Facility (MPF).Tenant improvements to reconfigure the interior space Is also proposed. In addition, various site improvements would also be constructed that include hardscape (reconfigure parking and driveways) and landscape. The 0.17- acre project site is located at 3433 Pickwick Street. The project site Is designated Industrial and zoned IL-2-1 per the Southeastern San Diego Community Plan area. The project site is also within the Airport FAA Part 77 Noticing Area (San Diego International Airport - Lindberg Field), Airport Influence Area (San Diego International Review Area 1), and Airport Land Use Compatibility Overlay Zone - Noise - 65-70 CNEL (LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Block 2, Subdivision: Orange Park, Map No.1410, Lots 13, 14, &15.)

Furthermore, the exceptions listed in CEQA Section 15300.2 would not apply In that no cumulative Impacts were identified; no significant effect on the environmental were identified; the project is not adjacent to a scenic highway; nor is the project Identified on a list of hazardous waste sites pursuant to Section 65962.5 of the Government Code.
