CEQA Guidelines sections 15307; 15308; 15061(b)(3); 15378(b)(2) and (b)(4).
Reasons for Exemption
Approval of the CalEHP Guiding Principles is a regulatory action that is not a project under CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(2) and (b)(4) and would protect natural resources and the environment, consistent with the categorical exemptions to CEQA review under sections 15307 and 15308 of the CEQA Guidelines.
