Reasons for Exemption
The project site is made up of two parcels located at 1752 and 1810 Houret Court in the City of Milpitas, Santa Clara County. the proposed project would consist of the demolition of the existing buildings and associated improvements on the site and the construction of eight residential buildings that would contain 56 townhome-style condominium units, 24 of which would include ground floor accessory dwelling units, for a total of 80 residential units. Associated circulation, parking, landscaping, and infrastructure improvements would also be developed. The project is considered "residential infill" per CEQA standards.
