Document Description
The project is limited to the following activities: 1) At approximately 508 feet Mean Sea Level, a drill rig mounted on a steerable skid will be used to drill four (4) holes eighteen (18) inches in diameter by twelve (12) feet deep into the lakebed of Tulloch Reservoir. These four holes will contain one each, eighteen-inch diameter concrete
support pilings for the deck of a residence constructed on the property. The support pilings are below the ordinary high-water mark of the reservoir and therefore are considered within the lakebed or bank. 2) Between four (4) and five (5) cubic yards of soil will also be excavated from the bank of the reservoir using the same steerable skid to accommodate placement of a concrete foundation wall. 3) All soils from the drilling of the piling holes and excavated to allow for the concrete foundation wall will be stockpiled in an upland area and used as compacted backfill behind the planned
concrete foundation wall. 4) All work is to be conducted during times of low water levels when the portion of the lakebed and bank are exposed and dry. Lake water levels shall not be higher than 500 feet Mean Sea Level during construction activities.
