Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to improve the intersection at State Route 12 (from post miles 9.9 to 10.3) and entrance/exit of the Valley Oaks Shopping Center in Calaveras County. The project proposes to reduce the number and severity of broadside collisions through intersection control improvements. The project would require additional right-of-way and utility relocation. In addition, project work will include turning lanes, sidewalks, bus stops, and curb ramps.
