The scope of work includes removal of trees and debris downstream of concrete apron, backfill large cavity under existing concrete apron with grouted RSP, place loose RSP in the channel, line the channel banks near culvert with concreted RSP, excavate and place grouted RSP upstream of structure, restore fencing, and incidental work. This project was needed to avoid failure or threat of failure to the transportation system, which can result in the loss or impairment of life, health, or property.
