CAL FIRE proposes to lease an existing 3,445± square foot residence in Tracy, California. The residence contains five bedrooms and four bathrooms which will accommodate four personnel at any one time for rotating shifts. The staff are high level personnel who oversee operations at five different fire stations in the area that include Tracy, Patterson, Sunol, and Clayton. No interior or exterior improvements will be required, and the lease is anticipated to last approximately four years until a permanent solution can be determined.
