The Project consists of a request to allow the construction of a new single-family detached residential development with 47 units, privately maintained community open space on approximately 7.4 acres of land (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers [APNs] 504-0-021-195, 506-0-030-210, 506-0-030-220, 506-0-030-235, 506-0-030-045, and 506-0-030-055). The existing single-family homes and church are proposed to be demolished as part of the Proposed Project construction. The Project will include the development of a new driveway, parking, landscaping, and associated site improvements.
