Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SBR-23758-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Calnev Pipe Line, LLC as represented by Eric Bolin. The project is limited to minor excavations to perform an inspection of the buried pipeline within the wash. An excavation approximately 30 feet long x 8 feet wide x 7 feet deep will be required (62 cubic yards). Once excavated, the pipe coating will be removed, the pipe will be inspected and repaired if necessary, pipe coating will be replaced, and the excavation area will be backfilled with native soil and returned to pre-project contours. The total area of disturbance, including the excavation, soil stockpile, and staging areas, is approximately 0.06 acre. Access will occur for approximately 2 miles through Cajon Wash, along existing tracked areas, using rubber-tired vehicles. No vegetation will be disturbed.
