Document Description
Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration related to a request for a Conditional Use Permit and Parking Permit to authorize a new public charter school facility for Grades K-8 in the R-3 (Limited Density Multiple Residence) zone. The proposed school consists of an approximately 34,044 square foot, two story, 35-foot tall building containing 24 classrooms. A 4,700- square-foot outdoor landscaping and playground area is proposed. Parking will be located in a garage below the building, and will include standard, compact, and tandem parking spaces. The project site is 1.09 acres in size and consists of nine legal lots and is currently vacant. The site was previously used as a parking lot.
