Document Description
The City of Redding will construct a project at the Clear Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (CCWWTP) to allow the codigestion of organics within the existing anaerobic digesters. The system would process the organics through both new and existing equipment, then inject the methane gas into the on-site PG&E line. Work would include the installation of two 15,000 gallon receiving tanks, a positive displacement pump, dual membrane gas conditioning system, as well as all associated piping and electrical equipment. Construction will occur within the existing CCWWTP facility and will involve earthwork; trenching; installation of subsurface utilities; modification of existing equipment; construction of concrete pads, small structures, and enclosures.
