Document Description
Neighborhood Development Permit (NDP) and interior tenant improvements to change the use of an existing commercial space to a religious assembly. In
addition, the project proposes to have a shared parking with the Kearny Mesa Industrial Park. Work includes modifications to the 9,521 Square-Foot space for religious assembly and office use. The project complies with all height and bulk regulations and is located on a site that is currently developed with public utilities in place to serve the facility.

The City of San Diego conducted an environmental review that determined that
the project would not have the potential to cause a significant effect on the environment. Since the project would operate within an existing space, is not expanding a use, and would only make minor modifications the project meets the criteria set forth in CEQA Section 15301 and the exceptions listed in CEQA Section 15300.2 would not apply.
