Document Description
Caltrans is proposing a pedestrian improvement project at 9 locations in Kern county. The project will include 2 locations on State Route 14 (Postmiles L16.416, L16.776), 3 locations on State Route 178 (Postmiles 92.330, 92.420, 103.120), and 4 locations on State Route 202 (Postmiles 7.300, 7.810, R8.870, R9.381). The project proposes to install pedestrian signs and upgrade crosswalks and other pedestrian markings. All work will occur paved or concrete surfaces. No vegetation or dirt will be disturbed outside the existing pavement. All work will be performed within the Right of Way. No
known Environmental resources will be impacted by this project.
