Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-56154-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Towne Development of Sacramento, Inc. The project is limited to mass grading and fill of seasonal wetland features to facilitate construction of the Estia at Rocklin. Grading will result in the placement of approximately 160 cubic yards of native soil within a 0.099-acre seasonal wetland swale. No trees or woody riparian vegetation will be impacted by project activities.
