Document Description
The Applicant proposes to construct Schulte Well No. 3 as a replacement for Schulte Well No. 2, which has deteriorated and requires replacement. Schulte Well No. 2 will be destroyed after completion of the replacement well. Schulte Well No. 3 is required to maintain adequate reliable capacity for the Monterey water system. The new well will not result in an increase in average production.
